Gal Gilat – CEO

Mr. Gilat has 17 years of VLSI and HW development and management experience.

For the last 10 years, Mr. Gilat served as a VLSI Group Manager at Flextronics Semiconductor and at Commex Technologies, and as VP R&D and Founder at WaveXtend.

Mr. Gilat has led and managed dozens of chip development projects from scratch, and gained significant experience in architecture design, FPGA and board design, ASIC tape-out and production.

Mr. Gilat earned a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, and studied for a masters degree in Business Administration at Tel-Aviv University

Doron Nakar – CTO

Mr. Nakar has 13 years of VLSI, HW and real-time SW design experience.

For the last 7 years, Mr. Nakar served as a Senior ASIC Project Leader at Flextronics Semiconductor, as a System Architect at Intel, and as an ASIC Team Leader at Commex Technologies.

Mr. Nakar has led and developed numerous real-time software and chip core designs from scratch, and gained significant experience in architecture design, Phys, DSP and ASIC tape-out.

Mr. Nakar earned  B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Tomer Kabakov - VP Sales & Marketing

Tomer brings 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, operations and management experience.

For the last 14 years, Tomer Co-Found and served as VP Sales and as COO at Info-Surge.com.

Prior to Info-Surge Tomer was Sales Director at eASIC, Co-Founder at Anacon-semi and Sales manager at Chipx.

Tomer has led and managed the creation of sales organizations worldwide for start-up and established companies, and have led and managed 2 financing rounds for 2 start ups from Israel and the US.

Yehuda Ben-Yaish - VP Engineering

Mr. Ben-Yaish has 13 years of VLSI design and management experience.

For the last 10 years, Mr. Ben-Yaish served as an ASIC Group Manager at Flextronics Semiconductor and at AMI Semiconductor, and as an Engineering Department Manager at More Energy.

Mr. Ben-Yaish has led and managed hundreds of FPGA-to-ASIC conversion projects from Netlist/RTL to tape-out and production, including digital and mixed-signal flows.

Mr. Ben-Yaish earned a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.

Shmuel Assiag - VP Development

Mr. Assiag has 12 years of VLSI development and design experience.

For the last 8 years, Mr. Assiag served as a senior FPGA-to-ASIC team leader at Flextronics Semiconductor and at AMI Semiconductor, and as an ASIC flow supervisor at Commex Technologies.

Mr. Assiag has led dozens of chip conversion projects from Netlist/RTL to tape-out. He also gained backend tool flow environment expertise.

Mr. Assiag earned B.Sc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics (Cum Laude) from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Gil Ben-Zvi – VP Software & tools

Mr. Ben-Zvi has 19 years of software development and management experience.

For the last 10 years, Mr. Ben-Zvi served as a Software Development Manager at Flextronics Semiconductor and at AMI Semiconductor.

Mr. Ben-Zvi has led and developed numerous EDA & CAD tools algorithms for ASIC design environment flows. Has expertise includes defining and programming converters, compilers and simulators which served hundreds of ASIC flow projects.

Mr. Ben-Zvi studied Electrical Engineering in an academic program for talented students at the  Technion in Haifa, Israel.
